Application Process
STEP 1

Based on this information, you will be notified if there is a seat available for your child in an age appropriate class.
- The child’s full name
- Gender
- Physical Education and sports
- Exact date of birth
- Current grade
- Current School and Location
- Duration of academic year
- Approximate date of admission into CIS
- If not a native speaker of English, how many years of English Language classes has the child had?
STEP 2
Courier the following:
- Completed School application form(per child).
- Download Application Form
- Completed Student Residence Application Form(per child) if applicable.
- Download Student Residence Application Form
- Completed Guardianship Application Form(per child) compulsory for all applicants to Student Residence.
- Download Guardianship Application Form
- Duration of academic year
- The last 2 years’ to-date school reports and any other academic records
- Proof of date of birth
- 3 recent passport photographs
- Completed Health History Form(per child).
- Immunization records & Relevant medical reports
- Application/testing fee of INR 7,500/- Cheque in favor of “Canadian International School Pvt. Ltd”
STEP 3
Grade 1 to Grade 12
- Grade 1 to Grade 12 candidates are required to write entrance exams in: MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE Once admission is confirmed
- Registration fee of INR 60,000/- to be paid. Cheque in favor of “Canadian International School Pvt. Ltd”.
- Completed Student Residence Application Form(per child) if applicable.
